Team building, through experiential learning, provides an opportunity for participants to engage in novel experiences that stimulate creativity while creating opportunities for increased collaboration.  Our programs are individually designed to encourage innovation and unleash hidden potentials of the individuals and the teams.  Each novel experience offers challenges that are meant to create disequilibrium, to knock a team off center, so to speak, so they can rise to a new, higher level of performance. Team members are deliberately faced with unfamiliar scenarios, tasks, and roles that force creativity and interdependence. They will have to expand their problem solving skills, team interactions, team processes, communication, and risk taking in order to succeed.
